Select Rows in an Excel Randomly 본문
1. type =RAND() to generate a random number in the top cell of last column
2. copy the formula into the lower cells in the same column
- select the top cell
- place the cursor on the bottom right corner
- hold and drag the cursor to apply the formula to the entire column in all adjacent cells
3. sort the excel spreadsheet in increasing order of the random numbers
4. take the first rows up to how many rows that you want
